Combined filters (FIF-FC) are designed for air purification from NOx,NH3,HF, HCl, SO2,CrO3, organic acids (acetic, formic); acid, alkali, toxic salts aerosols (NiCl2, NiSO4, CdSO4 and etc.)
FIF-FC filters are characterized by:
- high purification efficiency;
- total automation of purification process;
- minimal power consumption;
- reliability of operation and maintenance ease;
- purification efficiency practically doesn’t depend on fluctuations of pollution agent concentrations and air-flow speed;
- possibility of heated air purification (up to 600??);
- possibility of air purification with low moisture content (from 10 to 100rel%)..
- air purification is carried out in 2 stages:
1 – by means of diffusive movement of contaminating gas and vapor molecules to the surface of contactor unit plates and their further chemical binding by the functional groups of MION® ion-exchange filtermaterials.
2 – the filtration of the air through MION® ion-exchange filtermedia which functional groups bind toxic components.
